Signing off your participant list

Once you have completed adding all of your project participants to the stakeholder database, you will need to sign off your list. This process will enable you to begin disseminating the Change! Tool and collecting responses from your participants.

By clicking on the 'Sign off participant list' button, you will be confirming your stakeholder list as your final participation list for the project and you will be unable to add further contacts.

Please note: Make sure your list is complete before signing it off!
