Adding Participants
The first step in using the Change Tool is to register your stakeholders.

By selecting the 'Add stakeholders' tab, you will be directed to your participant database. Until you have added your participants, the stakeholder list will remain empty. To begin adding your participants, simply select the 'Add More Stakeholders' tab.
Your stakeholders can be added by simply copying and pasting their details into the field provided. It is required that you add one stakeholder per line, in the following format:
Bill, Gates, billgates@microsoft.com
You can add and upload stakeholders at any stage during the pre-intervention stage. To upload your listings, simply select the 'Upload these details' tab.
