Can the Tool be used to support other indicators and national indicators?

The Change! Tool has been designed to measure changes in mindset and attitude, but it can be used in conjunction with the measurement of other indicators of change such as carbon and ecological footprint reductions, increases in recycling, decreases in energy usage etc.
