What gives the Tool rigour?

The Change! Tool offers users a way of monitoring changes over time. As an evaluation tool, it can only record what happens and what people tell us about any changes they make.

Each level of service (i.e. Lite & Silver Accounts) offers users increased rigour in terms of the eventual evaluation product. These increases in rigiour relate to the size of project and the time and resources available within projects to support the evaluation process.

The stand alone behaviour change forms make up the Lite version and forms the foundation of the Silver account. WWF UK and CAG Consultants have developed these forms in partnership with others and over time. We have observed what works and what doesn’t work, and have modified the forms in both large and small ways to ensure that the changes they record match or reflect changes recorded by using other evaluation methods along side them. 

Users of the Silver Account also have the opportunity to use the Change! Tool ‘extra bits’ to add further rigour to the evaluation of their projects.
