Who is the Tool for?

The Change! Tool aims to ‘support evaluation of not-for-profit social and environmental initiatives’. The Tool will be licensed to the following audiences for a sliding scale of fees: funders, delivery and development organisations and small delivery groups, including central and local government, NGOs and private sector organisations where their involvement is not-for-profit.

The Change! Tool is available to community practitioners and funders via two entry levels of usage. A FREE (Lite) version of the tool is available to smaller organisations looking to add value and credibility to their programme evaluations, whilst the Silver entry level package is designed for medium to large organisations conducting large scale community programmes.

No licensee will sub-licence or make commercial gain from the Tool.
