Who is the Tool not for?

The Tool is not for evaluating the quality of delivery of those implementing the work. It will not give data such as reduction in carbon footprint, but can be used alongside these types of tool and may demonstrate mind-set change before this can be picked up by carbon footprint measurements and other data-specific tools.
